KASA Redberg is an independent Australian engineering consultancy and technical training provider specialising in mechanical, process and piping engineering. The practice focuses on pumping systems, pipelines, pressure equipment and slurry handling systems, and supports clients through consulting, training and independent technical assurance roles across a range of industrial and infrastructure sectors.
Who we are
Engineering consulting, technical assurance and training are delivered within a single integrated practice, with the Principal Engineer retaining direct responsibility for technical direction and delivery. Where projects require specialist input from other disciplines, KASA Redberg works with a small number of trusted subconsultants, enabling coordinated, multi-disciplinary delivery while maintaining clear technical accountability.
What we do
KASA Redberg provides engineering consulting, technical training and independent review services across mechanical, process and piping engineering disciplines. Core activities include the design and analysis of pumping systems, pipelines and pressure equipment, delivery of specialist technical training programs, and facilitation of independent technical review and assurance activities such as HAZOP, CHAIR and Safety-in-Design workshops. Services are delivered across the project lifecycle, from early concept development through to detailed design, review and operational support.
How we work
Work is undertaken with an emphasis on engineering judgement, independence and proportionality to risk. Assignments are scoped to suit the complexity and hazard profile of the system under consideration, with clear definition of assumptions, interfaces and deliverables. Designs, reviews and training activities are aligned with relevant Australian Standards, international standards and industry guidance, and are undertaken with a practical understanding of constructability, operability and long-term asset performance.
Sectors and experience
Experience spans a range of industrial and infrastructure sectors, including water and wastewater treatment, mining and minerals processing, industrial process plant and chemicals handling as well as energy and utilities. Work has been undertaken for public sector asset owners, private industry and specialist contractors, across both greenfield and brownfield environments.
